I know that there has been much discussion as of late about this subject.  I spoke with our endo the other day and asked her some questions regarding this very subject.  She informed be that it should be fairly obvious when looking at the face.  She also said that would not be the only symptom.  The person would also have a hump on the back (not sure exactly where), a swollen stomach (pagan like).  To be honest there were a few other symptoms but I don’t remember them all.  I had many questions and this has never been an issue for my son but I thought I would ask her anyhow as to hopefully pass along some useful information.
