I don’t know if this is Cah related but my 7yr old daughter is SWCAH.  She wan on cortef 2.5am 2.5afternoon and 7.5 evening.  She was gaining weight and was up to almost 80 lbs.   My ped endo. agreed to send us to Dr New and she said she was oversuppressed.  She now has her on 3.75mg am and 5mg pm.   The weight gain is under control but she has nausea mostly in the am and around 9pm.  There are also times when she feels bad during the day.  I took her to a ped gastroenterologist and had upper GI and blood for h-pylori, tyroid, liver etc.  all negative.   Also, had sinus xray.  Everything is fine,   She is on Nexium stomach and zertec for sinus drip.  I don’t know what else to do.  I have her scheduled with a counceler to talk about anxiety.  She seems to gag just when the bus comes for school and at night when bedtime.  She’s afraid to sleep alone for fear of vomiting.  It seems the stress is making things worse.  Or maybe it’s just stress.   I’m at my wits end trying everything.   She is a very nervous child(only child) .  If anyone has had problems with this maybe you could share some advice.      thanks
