I am charged by the area.  My thighs have been divided into 6 zones.  All six zones are done at the same time, which takes 30 minutes, which is why I like it better than electrolysis.  Electrolysis did a small patch at a time & takes forever.  It costs $250-300 for 6 zones but sometimes she offers 30-50% off.
