Hi, my daughter and I just came home from the endo and ped-GI doctor.  She has been complaining of stomach problems for quite some time.  They suggested Zantac for 2 weeks and if the problem persists maybe take some pictures of the inside of the stomach to see if there is more than acid irritation.  The endo said acid reflux and cah go hand in hand. My daughter is 8 and was diagnosed with non-classical cah when she was 5.  She also complains of headaches frequently and has quite a bit of bloating.  My biggest fear is the future.  The postings on the message boards sometimes make me worry about what might happen after puberty.  It would be nice to find someone who has already gone through these things.  Hope you find your answers.
