I have found that most people don’t even notice it to be honest.  I never had surgury and I found that it only became an issue when I first became intimate with a man.  They were actually happy because it was easier to find.  As long as your family doesn’t make a big issue out of it then your granddaughter should feel normal too.  I am only one voice there are many people out there that may feel different.  My mother didn’t find out until I was about a year and a half and they began to realize that my clitoris was growing quite large as well, it may be because she is not getting enough medication or it simply just may be growing with her body.  The Endocronologist should be able to tell you if its growing abnormally fast, but I am sure its just her body growing.  I am happy that my mother let me make the decision, I think I would have been more depressed without the feeling then having a larger then normal clitoris.  As I said I never really knew I was different until I became exposed to sex and the parts of the body and at first I was nervous then I began to realize that All women are different and even women without CAH sometimes have large clitorises as well.  I hope I gave you a little insight.
