I’m a 17 year old female and I have recently discovered I have CAH. Now my doctor gave me some papers to read and such, but I still am very....clueless. The only thing CAH has really caused is a failure to ever get my period, and some thick facial hair. I was so happy to find out what was wrong with me, and to know there are others facing the same problems...but my doctor said I should get a medical bracelet, do I really need one? Is it nessicary? He said in case of an emergency or such. Also any advise about CAH anyone is will to tell me is more then welcomed.
