I’ve been diagnosed with Late-onset congenital adrenal hyperplasia and have been taking 3.75 mg of Prednisone for a month, now. I’ve been having chronic joint and back pain, is this normal? Is it a sign of bone loss? I know I’m on a low dose, but the pain is hard to ignore. When I was diagnosed, I was taking Spironolactone. Is there a chance that it may have screwed up the results of the cortrosyn test and I was falsely diagnosed?
