Did your joints start to hurt after beginning the medication?

I am a 26 year old male with non salt wasting CAH and I have gone without medication from time to time. I compete at the national level in a strenuous sport and I find that my joints, particularly at the knee and shoulder which bears the most stress in my training, those joints get really sore, almost like how I imagine arthritis might feel.  In the mornings I feel pretty beat up.

But that is if I do not have my meds, not because of them. I don’t know what dex is, I never had that stuff. Cortisone acetate then onto prednisone for me.
