Thank you, louise.  You reitterated what I was thinking on the lasting of the doseage.  Our endo explained that her kidneys could have finally matured and is now "recycling" as it should.  She had mentioned lowering the florinef due to her renin levels as well but since her blood pressure wasn’t too high we decided to wait on that and not do too much in the extreme.  Prior to the last raise in doseages, we had to cut the pills in eighths so I know what you are saying there.  It was difficult!  But I would rather do that and give it to her so it lasts than send her on a roller coaster ride internally and risking a crisis!  Luckily she is with me, my husband, or my neighbor, 100 percent of the time right now so we can watch her closely! 

This morning I saw a tooth had popped through overnight so now I have to add that to the equation with what had been going on.  Ugh.
