Do you add salt to all of Kaden’s fluids too?  We use 1/8 tsp or 1 salt tablet for every 8 ozs of fluid that Loghyn drinks.  And we salt her food too.  We haven’t had a problem with her sodium being low since she bottomed out at 5 days old.  And her blood pressure is always fine.  Of course, we all know how CAH is . . . EVERYBODY is different.
