Hi Stella.  I was just thinking about something as I read your post.  I do not have CAH, but when I got pregnant with my second child and we knew there might be a chance my baby might have it, my doctor started me on Dexamethasone.  One of the side effects mentioned to me about the Dex was red striations or stretch marks-and yep, I did get them.  I did not have the same type of stretch marks from being pregnant with my first child-these red stretch marks went all the way down to my calves and lower legs.  They did fade a bit, and are now more of a silvery color, but still very noticeable.  I definitely think it is related to the Dex, and I did not try to treat them with anything to make them less noticeable.  I know sometimes women use cocoa butter and other creams to reduce the appearance of stretch marks.  Good Luck to you!!!
