Hello,  my son is 7 non-salt wasting cah.  He has complained about his knees since he was very young.  Our endo doesn’t think it’s related to his cah,  just growing pains.  My daughter(not cah) had growing pains but nothing like this.  It’s hard to figure out,  the only thing I have found is that Children’s Motrin seems to help faster, at least for my son.  I think we need to keep on this so hopefully we can find an answer for our kids.  Sue
