I developed them many years ago when I switched endocrinologists & he changed me from Prednisone to Dex.  That dr. denied they were from the Dex & sent me to a dermatologist, who said the same thing.  I went to another endocrinologist  & he said they were from Dex & he switched me back to Prednisone.  The marks went away.
