Just hang in there.  My daughter is 9 years old now and she is doing great.  In the beginning her blood was tested 3 times a week and everything was in chaos.  But after the first year it got easier and easier and easier.  Babies grow so fast and dosage is dependent on weight and height.  As her growth spurts slow down so will the changes in doses.
