I just called the other day.  Our area carries solu-medrol but not solu-cortef.  I looked up my couties EMS numbers on-line and then let them forward my calls to the correct person!  The EMT I spoke with was wonderful and gave me hints as to what to do in case of an emergency to ensure that our son gets care as quickly as possible!  Good Luck!
