That was not offered to us!  WOW!!!  What great planning!!  Do you mind if I ask where you live?  We live in Austin TX.  The EMS director I spoke with said that with a city the size of Austin there was no way to "flag" my kiddos!  Maybe there is a way to do this in Austin and I just didn’t get the "right" person!  THANKS for the great idea!
