CONGRATULATIONS on your baby girl!

My daughter has SWCAH. She was born on 37 weeks. She is mildly virilized (with her legs closed,  it looks all normal. She is prader 2-3).  Her clinic shows she has SWCAH, but DNA test is not positive. Doctors only found one mutation on her after the full sequencing search.  Which lab you use for DNA test / routine 17OHP/testosterone test? 17OHP, androstenedione and plasma renin activity could be very high for premature babies.
