We live in Trenton, MO (small town) which is probably why this was so easy for us!! i would definitely give it another try though if I were you.  Ask if you can set up a meeting with them and take in some info on CAH (from CARES site or others) about the urgency of CAH crises and the inportance of the injection. Most likely, your EMS guy has never even heard of CAH!!!
