That was an issue I had julia.  i had thought that my daughter’s virilisation was not very severe, but her consultant recently told me that although her sex was not ambigious the virilisation was severe enough and she will need an operation later in life.  It has just become less obvious as she is growing.  I was all for taking the dex because of the fear of having another girl with greater virilisation, but her consultant informed me that this is unlikely, another girl should be less or the same as my existing daughter.  so this has thrown me a bit.  Thanks for your thoughts
