PaulI really don’t think Florinef should affect someone’s sleeping pattern too much. I am a 23 year old male with SWCAH. I have been on medication my entire life. I am going to tell you a few experiences I have had with Florinef. First of all, if you are not taking enough florinef you will become week and tired, because you will be losing salt to quickly. So it does make sense to have an increase of energy with an increase of Florinef, without it I feel really run down. I have tried at times to go without it, which resulted in very low levels of energy and a redness to my face. Also the more florinef you take, the more water you will retain, because your salt levels will be higher. I can’t really think of any reasons as to why Kadens would wake up and scream, but her having more energy does make sense. I hope you discover what is wrong with Kadens, bye the way I really like her name. E-mail me if you want at gottfrip@purdue.edu Let me knwo if you guys figure out what is wrong with her, I guess it would be a good idea for me to lean as much as I can now about children with CAH considering my children will have an increased chance of having CAH. Sorry I coudln’t help
Paul
