Hi, I just wanted to add that I too would like to know. Although my bones are fine, my right shoulder, wrist, and hip cause me pain at times. Not terrible, just with certain exercises or yoga positions. I have not had them looked at yet, I have so many other things falling apart on me at the moment, lol just kidding. I will get to it sooner or later. Take care, I hope you find whats good for you, something is better than nothing. Your bones can improve!!
