We had a similar bed wetting problem with my now 15 month old SWCAH son. He started out on .05 mg of florinef and extra salt.  He started soaking everything at night even thru nighttime diapers and even a few times during the day.  We thought he needed more florinef. So we increased to .05 mg 2x’s a day.  It stopped but not for long.  His renin was low so our Endo had us stop the extra salt supplements, since she said it was easier to monitor florinef doses.  As soon as we stopped the additional salt he has stopped soaking everything.  It has been over a month and no waking up screaming and soaking wet.  My theory was since he went for so long without the extra salt during the nights his body had a chance to get rid of extra fluid.  Does Kaden still take salt supplemets?  Have you had her Renin levels checked?

My Endo thought I was crazy, but I guess I might be right that it’s a side affect of the meds.  My son also doesn’t sleep very well.  He still wakes up at night and barely naps during the day.  I just read the paperwork on Cortef and it says sleep disturbances is a side affect.
