I would love to get pregnant next summer, and I have some of the same questions you do.  I have a SWCAH son, so I have no idea what it is like to have a daughter with this condition.  I wish I knew all the affects the Dex could have on me and my future child.  Let us know what you decide and how it goes.  Another concern I have is that I already have to take anxiety/depression med., and I worry that the Dex may increase these problems that already exist with me because I have heard it can greatly affect your mood.
