Trying to figure out why Christi breaks out so terribly when the summer hits.  I posted last year about a skin rash that flowered and had to run it’s course, and it seems to be trying to come back again this year. 

I am curious if it is just a kid reaction to the sun and tender skin (heat rash), or could it be related to the steroid and the sun together, or a mixture of both.  Last year she swam a lot in my sisters pool and that was the start of the rash season for us.  This year we have a pool and both girls beg to go in everyday.  Could it be the chlorine?  A bit of all? 

Last year I used SPF 30 with no luck, so this year I have  slathered her up in SPF 50 and that seems to be working pretty good, the rash has not been able to go wild with that high of protection. 

Just wondering what the reaction could be.
