Kristin is on the same dose of Cortef that she has taken for quite some time and at last check all her labs came back good.  Having seen the dr today, I think for now that this is not CAH related.  He indicated everything points to a "stretch" injury and she probably would not have been aware when it occured.  Since she does ride horses competitively and takes lessons from a woman who really believes in exercises to strengthen the legs, I think she may have overdone it.  For now we are using moist heat, an Ace bandage for support, and Naprosyn for any inflamation.
