I have a 15 month old son with SWCAH.  We have had Medic-Alert since he was 5 months old.  So far I like the service.  We have everything on his record and we can update on line if needed.  The only down side to them is when you need a bracelet sized.  They want you to send the whole thing in.  I figured that would be the time something happened.  We found a nice jeweler around the corner from the house that sizes us for free.
