We’ve used MedicAlert since our son was 1 month old.  His bracelet is engraved with their telephone number and his ID number... this is how emergency personnel know who to call.  His record contains cell phone numbers for his dad, myself, and my brother, as well his pediatrician and endo’s names and numbers, his specific condition (CAH), medication amounts and dosing schedules, and the amount needed IM for emergencies.  Their service is very inexpensive at $20.00 a year, and is well worth it for the peace of mind it provides.
