I just got the call today that my 4 month old son’s 17 ohp are up from 1250 to 5400. The nurse at the endo’s office said that it is more than likely due to his growth. I haven’t had him weighed lately but I know he is at least 19 lbs which seems enormous to me.

Could it be that if his numbers are high, he is growing too fast? He is pretty chunky and growing out of the 6-9 months clothes I just bought (oh well).  He is a non salt waster by the way. Everything else seems to be fine with him except the little B.O. problem I mentioned on a previous post.

If anyone has any insight I’m listening.
