Ours are still up at 560nmol/L at the moment also.  We think Ashley is deliberately not taking doses.  Our Doctor has sent a script for dex for me to supervise once daily dosing.  Hopefully that will be more effective.  I kept him off school today to give him 15mg x4 times dosing per day until we get the script for dex.  First day I’ve been advised to dose 0.5mg dex and then drop down to 0.25mg, then 0.33mg the next day and then alternate between 0.25mg one day and 0.33mg the next for two weeks.  We could have gone to elixir but it is too concentrated.  1mg to 1mL.  So I’ll be breaking a 1mg dex pill into four and then cropping a 1/4 pill in half to dose him up to the 0.33mg roughly.  This time his florinef is being raised as last time his renin levels elevated when we dropped the hydrocortisone.
