I have a 10 month old daughter who is a non salt waster.....although like you said, I think non salt waster’s adrenals work hard to produce to "present as non salt waster". I am going to talk with Endo about possible adding florinef to lower cortef dose. Her sodium and potassium levels are always a little off.

Last month after good control, her 17ohp went from 901 to 6500!! We switched from 3ml of hydrocortisone to 7.5 cortef daily. I am hoping after blood draw in a few days, we can lower dose.....seems like alot to me. She doesn’t seem to be growing much, is on the skinny side. She weighed 19lbs at at last check.
