hiya iv got an 8 month old daughter with the exact same form of CAH as your sisters daughter.   my daughter was born my 19th birthday. It was the hardest day of my life but with family and friends support things get easier.tell your sis to be strong for her daughter with time u just learn to live with CAH.  Remember she is just like anyother baby special and unique.good luck love em and baby gina
