The only time my now 11 yr old daughter had underarm odor was when she was about 6-7.  Her meds needed to be increased and after about a month it stopped.  She did wear deoderant during that time.  The other things we noticed were oily facial skin, blackheads and tiny dark hairs on her nose.  Id ask the endo again!
