Amber-My 11 yr old non-CAH daughter has been wearing deodorant since she was 5.  We used the all natural kind, but now she uses a teen brand. I couldn’t believe the odor on her clothes when she came home from school in kindergarten! She was tested for late-onset CAH because she also had some breast development.  The test was negative, and the development stopped as quickly as it started and she is right on target for her age now.  She still had to keep using the deodorant.  My 7 yr old SWCAH dtr has had a little breast development, but nothing significant-no body odor, but alot of sweating when active.  All kids are so different, but it’s good to talk to the endo and pediatrician if you’re concerned.
