I agree with Pamela.  Rather than increase Florinef on a continuous basis, we sometimes give an extra dose of Cortef when Kristin is heat stressed.  For instance, I know it will be hot on Saturday and she is competing in a 4-H horse riding competition.  It will require that she wear her coat and it should be 86 degrees and probably humid.  She will drink Gatorade, eat chips, drink water before the show, but I feel certain I will be giving an extra Cortef afterward.  When she has been sweating alot, it makes all the difference in the world for her.
