I agree, I have two SW CAH boys and they seem like they are fine in the heat. They are 5 and 8 years old and we live in a climate where it gets really hot in the summer and we play and swim etc....they don’t seem any more affected by the heat than the regular kids, they get hot and sweaty but not sick. I have never increased a dose due to heat or excercise.
