Thanks for responding and for passing on the info. from ithe endo journal. Do you think that the fact that the first draw was done at 10:30 and the second at 11:45 could have any bearing on the results. They tried 5 times to get an iv in my youngest daughter and kept blowing the vein. So finally we went to the lab and they drew then injected then drew again. I know ideally it should be before 10:00. Another 180 ng/dl on the 17 ohp and she would fall into the "gray zone".
My second question is whether or not these results would indicate a high probability of both of my daughters being carriers. It seems to me that b/c of where their results fall on the nomogram that they probably are.
