My friend’s mom passed on Tuesday evening 5/11.  As you can imagine it was a very difficult time for them.  They buried the uncle on Wednesday and then had the wake on Friday for her mom and funeral on Saturday.  Both were very emotional days for them and many others of us that were close to the family.  I feel so blessed to be a connected to such a beautiful family.  My friend who is very emotional and needed to take medication for both my wedding and her wedding because she gets so blotchy in her neck, was able to gather herself enough to do the eulogy.  I still can’t believe she made it through.  I was so very proud of her.

I can’t thank you all enough for all your prayers.  I truly believe that it was the power of prayer that got this family through such a difficult time in their lives.
