hi all! i just need to vent to those that are in the know..... my little swcah guy is 5 months and HUGE! he is over 18lbs but only 25 1/2 inches long. from everything i have read on this site, he is on a very low dose of cortef, only 3.25mg per day (one quarter of a pill 3x day). his labs have not been looking overly suppressed, but he does down each bottle every day. he honestly has more rolls than you can imagine. EVERYWHERE we go , somebody just HAS to say something. yesterday, this elderly lady said his legs looked like hamhocks! help!! of course he cant roll over or anything.  has anyone ever had their child look like this as a baby and then thin out when they got older?? he was big at birth (8lbs 13oz 3 weeks early) so i guess it is possible that his weight is "just him" and not the steroids. maybe??
