I saw the information that calcium supplements and hydrocortisones along while back when I was doing a web search. You think that I could find that same page now ? Nope : ) but there is a chance that I printed the page and it’s stuck in a folder with everything else about CAH. It stated that calcium lessens the effect of cortisones and that you shouldn’t take them together. It never mentioned anything about multivitamins but that makes me wonder also : ) I’m going to add this to my list of questions for the Endo.

Calcium supplements are hard for me to digest anyway. I’d have better luck digesting a pebble rock out in the parking lot BUT I have no choice about calcium supplements because of bone density loss due to the cortisones. Maybe an option are those calcium chews? Something is better than nothing.
