My endo said that it is a balancing act when it comes to CAH  and not over/under surpressing a person by over/under medicating them. Things have come a long way over the past 40 years and the tests available and how quickly the results are avaible make things a lot easier in diagnosing and changing medications. Also there is a lot more information available now that there was 40 years ago and more research is being done to help children have a normal life and not have too many problems as they grow older. I’m having a lot of problems now especially with arthritis due to overmedication/suppression. But hey what the heck I’m still here.
