Karen it is so good to hear that your daughter has done so well.  I do think this is what makes CAH such a difficult condition to treat in that everyone is SO different. I guess a lot of it is down to body chemistry and this is why some people do so well on hydrocortisone and others have to take pred or dex. There are studies being done on weight and CAH - over treatment will definitely cause weight gain.
