My daugher (19 months) is underweight and small, but both are in proportion.  The health visitors were concerned as she started dropping around 8 months but her consultant is not too worried as her level of hydrocortisone has not changed since diagnosis.  She is very healthy and eats very well, i am quite strict with her sugar intake and do not give her much processed food.  i am a small build too.  I also get confused about this weight business as each child with CAH seems to be so different.
