Hi Jenny!  My son was diagnosed when he was 4 years old.  He had had a huge growth spurt and was breaking out with acne.  We took him to the endo, under advice from the pediatricianand sure enough he has non-salt wasting CAH.  My son looks like he is six or seven.  he will be 5 in July.  he was immediately started on cortef, and a week later was diagnosed as  insulin dependant diabetic!  I don’t think they have high hopes that he will be very tall as an adult.  they are considering putting him on growth hormone.  His testosterone levels have lowered however.  It is very complicated and i kick myself that we didn’t pick up on it sooner!  Since he was diagnosed at the age of 4 that is when tjey started doing the bone age x-rays.  His bone age has not progressed.  I hope this helps.  It gets so confusing!  take care Melissa
