What are her levels especially 17 ohp? For those with CAH 17ohp can be as high as 1000 and still be within range. Some endos overtreat and keep our kids way oversuppressed and this can cause weight gain among other side effects. Also, what is her schedule of taking the meds? Some people are very sensitive to meds and do better with the doses spread out in 4 doses throughout the day (and night). We were able to lower my daughter’s dose when we divided it in 4 doses at 3am, 7am, noon, and 5:30. This method of dosing is called the circadium rhythm scheduling and you might be interested to check out the archives on this subject. I know of a mother who had much success with her daughter on this schedule in regards to weight.
