Tina I seem to have a different opinion to everyone else so thought I’d share it an the interest of hearing both sides!  I hated everything about taking the dex and am extremely reluctant to take it again.  The one side effect that just about killed me was the insomnia.  I would fall asleep at my desk at work almost every day.  Also I gained heaps of weight and had very bad acne all over my face.  If it was just the weight gain and acne I could have dealt with that but the insomnia was the worst thing I’ve ever had to deal with.  I hope you have a better time if you decide to take it.
