Hi Michelle,
Our experience also supports the 80:1 conversion ratio. When we switched from hydro only to a dex/hydro mix, our endo wanted to use a 60:1 conversion ratio and I wanted to try 80:1. We compromised at 70:1, retested after a month, and went to 80:1 due to oversuppression.
