Hello,

I have a 14 month old son.  Right now we give him 3/4 tsp a day.  I do adjust that alittle when he is eating something extremely high in sodium.  We just go by what our Peds Endo tells us.  So I usually try to break that down between lunch and supper.  He loves mashed potatoes and I can get quite a bit of it in those.  He quit taking a bottle at 1 year old, so there was no more salty milk.  Thank God for that.  It is so much easier to get the salt in him through table food.

Goodluck and God Bless

Tina
