it’s all sounds very familiar. Emotional stress can take some stress-hormone, cortisol, too. It’s depents on the duration and the strongness of the anger, fear or frustration, etc. And if there is no way to regulate, in the first period of the moment, for the kid/person..you get stress of stress..and that’s very diffucult to stop by CAH-person, because then your a little bit out of hormonebalance. To come in balance again, first you have to stop your fits in yourself to find yourself again. How to do so, is for every person different, you have to find out. Preventive after such a ’blow out’, i call it, i take my eveningdosis few hours earlier and if i feel restless, i repeat my eveningdosis in the night. After that its still not working i take my normal regular dosis and seek for a impulsfree or impulspoor space..like my bedroom or read a book, drink a lot of water and do nice things i’d like to do. For that moment no responsabilities at all. Then i slowdown. But for every person it can be different.
