I personally would recommend the three times a day dosing to see if that works.

However, I also want to let you know that my son, now 9, went through periods of aggression and biting.  I know this can be common but it was excessive.  He also would go through periods of excessive force but not trying to be evil he would actually be just playing.  But I was always afraid that other kids would get hurt.  It was a gut feeling that something was wrong.  I discussed it a few times with our endo and she explained that our kids are over exposed in utero to testosterone and that can leave an imprint on their brain.  For some kids that is worse than others and that behavior modification sessions might be in order.  We did explore this but to be honest he eventually grew out of it and we never had to move forward.  We were prepared to though.  Have you discussed any of this with your endo?  If so what were their thoughts?

Good Luck
