teenager and hair
Jun. 8th, 2004   1:16pm
My daughter is almost 16 (just 2 more months).  I noticed that she was tweezing her eyebrows and when I said something about it she said she felt like she was growing a "unibrow".  I think she may have exaggerated a bit, but since then I have noticed some hair on her lower back that I had not noticed before.  Probably no one else would even notice it, but since she brought the eyebrow to my attention I have been more observant.  We go to the endo 7/1.  Anything I need to discuss in particular about this with the endo when we are there?  We talked about changing her from Cortef to Dex on the last visit and decided that her labs look so good and she doesn’t mind taking the Cortef twice a day, so we left that alone. I just know that if this is going to be a problem for her, I would like to address it now before it is a big problem.  At her age, this could be a very big issue if it gets bad.
